It started with one rail
and a stubborn habit
Raksman began behind a counter in Eastleigh with a single rail of shirts and a habit that lost us money at first: sending customers home in the right size, rather than the size that happened to be left in the box.
Word travelled. Men started coming back with their brothers, then with their fathers. Today the rail is bigger, but the rule has not moved — if a piece is wrong for your build, we will say so and show you something else.

Four checks, in this order
A sample has to clear all four before we will put your money behind it.
If the seam does not land on the bone, nothing below it can be fixed. This is the first thing we look at, and the fastest way a sample gets rejected.
We wash every sample three times before we order it. Cotton that goes limp, or a knit that grows a size, never reaches you.
A style has to work from XS through 3XL. If a cut only flatters one body, it is a photograph, not a garment.
We would rather tell you what a piece cost us than pretend a discount is a favour. Prices here move slowly and honestly.
No fake sales.

You will not find a price marked up in the morning and slashed in the afternoon here, and you will not be told something fits when it does not. Both are easy ways to make one sale and lose a customer.
Come in and we will check the shoulder, chest and sleeve properly. It takes two minutes.
